Client Service Agreement
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Thank you for selecting Parker & Thyme Cuisine as your Personal Chef Service. Our main goal is to provide you with ongoing high quality, delicious food that is specifically tailored to meet your needs and any dietary restrictions and food allergies. It is the responsibility of the client to keep us informed and updated of any changes. This client and personal chef agreement is furnished to clients so that it is understood how our services operate, and the expectations of the client and Parker & Thyme Cuisine. Business is conducted in a professional, organized manner. Our services require much time and energy spent planning, researching, communicating, and executing our food services.
Booking Services: Your service is booked, and calendar date is saved when an agreed RETAINER is secured. This retainer will go towards the shopping and ingredients, based on agreed Menu/catering services. This retainer is subject to forfeiture. See Cancellation/Changes Policy.
PAYMENT: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, and all major CC. A convenience fee for all CC transactions will apply.
Menu Planning and Proposals:
Chef Lizz will collaborate with you, the client, on a custom-curated menu proposal based on the information provided in your client questionnaire and consultation, and or Holistic Health Center.
Chef Lizz asks that the client/chef correspondence be in writing via email and or text. Confirming menus by phone is okay.
Menu planning, correspondence, travel fees, and sourcing of ingredients are included in the client’s quote. Menu items are subject to change based on ingredient availability, quality, or other unforeseeable factors. Instacart will be used upon client’s approval.
Please inform Chef Lizz if you would prefer to her to shop at a specific location. All ingredients will be carefully sourced, with all organic ingredients first, then local/sustainable from local small businesses and standard grocery stores for misc. items.
Once you accept the menu, Parker & Thyme Cuisine Personal Chefs will purchase all ingredients necessary to execute menu with the obtained shopping retainer- required to book services.
Weekly Clients: Menu proposals require confirmation 72 hours in advance of the cooking date. Failure to do so will result in in last minute cancellation fees.
Bi-Weekly Clients: Menu proposals require confirmation 7 days in advance of the cooking date. Failure to do so will result in in last minute cancellation fees.
Catering Clients: Menu proposals require confirmation 14 days in advance of the cooking date. The last flexible date to change the menu is 10 days prior to the initial scheduled cooking date. Fees will include substantial time and effort spent prior to the changes, and any ingredients subject to purchase. Failure to do so will result in last minute cancellation fees.
Cancellation/Changes Policy:
Weekly Clients: We require 7 days’ advance notice of any change in service dates. Less than 7 days advance notice, billing for half of the service dates hours and an administrative fee will apply $150.
Bi-Weekly Clients: We require 7 days’ advance notice of any change in service dates. Less than 7 days advance notice, billing for half of the service dates hours, and an administrative fee will apply $150
Catering Clients: We take into consideration that life has unforeseeable circumstances and changes are mandatory. We request 30 days’ notice. We require 14 days’ advance notice of any change in service dates. Less than 14 days advance notice, forfeit of 100% of retainer, and an administrative fee will apply starting at $150 and the substantial planning scale.
